The design is aimed at the more affluent type of person, with the overall look inspired by [luxury yachts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sea-containers). The center provides a number of different facilities, including a gym, spa, offices and exercise area. Basically the space is perfect for anyone who wants to relax after work, or blow off some steam through working out. Inside everything is lit with a blue hue, again adding to the nautical theme Nir Portal Architects was going for. The lockers in the building are made from a beautiful wooden material, where people can place their things before heading to the gym, or even leave them there while at meetings for the day.
