Local design group Saeed Mirmohamad Sadeghi and Ladan Zarei created the Villa No 30, located one hour west of Iran's capital, Tehran.

The [single-family villa](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/casa-tres-patis) is placed on a generous lot, designed within an 800 square foot structure as per city bylaws. The roof offers a continuous surface that holds the core of the glass structure, providing extended shade from the sun on the south side. The painted side panels are made from a high-end glass that create a seemingly invisible structure, with an added [mirror to reflect the surrounding trees](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/casa-gesso) and landscaping. The interior features [clean lines, calming colors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/edge-of-calm) and dark wood accents to give a modern and luxurious feel to anyone that visits.

The Villa No 30 opens to the outdoors to allow natural airflow and tonnes of natural light continuously flowing through.
