The home is located in Nha Trang, Vietnam and was designed in a collaboration between 'Vo Tran Nghia Architects' and 'ICADA.' While the home's surroundings are certainly not lacking space, the rooftop terrace and garden hybrid offers a unique aesthetic design as well as an excellent area for homeowners to relax in. The rooftop displays plants and shrubs as well as larger trees, along with plenty of space for homeowners to walk around in. This Vietnamese home offers a unique inspiration for urban areas that lack the space for greenery and is a stunning and sustainable design project. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 5.2/10 - Popularity: 70% | Activity: 78% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Eco](https://www.trendhunter.com/eco) > [Eco Architecture](https://www.trendhunter.com/ecoarchitecture) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Rooftop Gardens:** Incorporating rooftop gardens provides an opportunity for sustainable greenery in urban areas. - **Green Roofing:** Using rooftops as a place for vegetation presents opportunities for eco-friendly roofing solutions. - **Urban Oasis:** Creating rooftop gardens offers the possibility of a peaceful retreat in otherwise crowded cities. ### Who This Affects Most - **Construction:** Incorporating rooftop gardens into building designs presents opportunities for architects and construction companies to create eco-friendly and innovative structures. - **Urban Planning:** Urban planners can take inspiration from rooftop gardens and incorporate them into city planning for sustainable and livable communities. - **Green Industry:** Creating and nurturing rooftop gardens presents opportunities for the green industry to provide services such as garden design, installation, and maintenance. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Oversized Roof Vietnamese Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/house-in-quang-yen.md) - [Light-Filled City Center Gardens](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/secret-garden-2.md) - [Green Garden-Surrounding Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hillside-house-1.md) - [Modern Vietnamese Dwellings](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tien-giang-house.md) - [Greenery-Surrounding Lush Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nest-house-1.md) - [Plant-Covered Concrete Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/villa-kd45.md) - [Lush Garden Holiday Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/de-hue-space.md) - [Garden-Focused Victorian Terrace House](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/helvetia.md) - [Geometric Cave-Like Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cavelike-homes.md)
