The designer Ryan Bosse has created a restaurant concept, called the Victory Garden Kitchen, that aims to promote sustainability and waste-reduction in the food industry.
The sustainable restaurant concept comes with a series of branded products, including packaging for its foods, aprons, kitchen utensils, takeaway bags, matches, and a storefront. It was made to raise awareness about the lack of sustainability in the food industry, with everything from modern day farming practices to design in this industry being harmful to the environment. More than that, it encourages those viewing the conceptual brand to understand the possibilities in creating a more sustainable future – which can be done with some changes in consumer behavior, and with brands tweaking their business practices to offer products, services and processes that reduce their harmful impacts.
