'Velociprincess' by illustrator Laura Cooper comically combines two iconic film franchises by melding together Jurassic World's fearsome velociraptors with several different animated [Disney](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/disney-wedding-dresses-1) characters.

Cooper's Velociprincess project features illustrations of raptors dressed in the iconic clothing and hair styles of several [classic Disney princesses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/viktorrolf-x-disney) including Mulan, Cinderella, Jasmine and Snow White. The end result is an absurd, yet inspired re-imagining of two seemingly unconnected elements of pop culture.

Cooper cited a lifelong fascination with Jurassic Park as her inspiration for Velociprincess and said seeing the velociraptors in the new film Jurassic World left an immediate impact on her. She says: "I kept thinking about how they just ate everything! All the people were getting eaten! What if they were princesses?! What if they were magical, wonderful, beautiful people!?"
