Rather than spending hours meticulously planning what she was going to paint for the exhibition, the artist took inspiration from her feelings. She wrote them down onto a journal the night before and the resulting artwork is mystical shapes that appear as though they are billowing in an imaginary wind. The exhibition is accompanied by vegetation in the form of moss that comes in different shades of green -- which all come together to form a map-like shape. By coupling vegetation art with spontaneous paintings, the artist has managed to create a comprehensive exhibition that captures the viewer's attention. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.6/10 - Popularity: 81% | Activity: 18% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Gen Alpha, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Spontaneous Art:** Exploring the trend of creating art based on emotions and feelings rather than meticulous planning. - **Mystical Shapes:** Highlighting the trend of utilizing abstract forms and shapes to convey a sense of mystique and imagination in artwork. - **Nature-inspired Art Installations:** Showcasing the trend of incorporating natural vegetation and elements into art exhibitions for a unique and immersive experience. ### Who This Affects Most - **Art and Entertainment:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Integrating technology and interactive elements into art installations to enhance viewer engagement and interaction. - **Hospitality and Tourism:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Creating art-focused experiences and attractions that combine natural landscapes and artistic expressions to attract tourists. - **Green and Sustainable Living:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Collaborating with artists to design sustainable art installations using eco-friendly materials and highlighting the importance of environmental conservation. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Outdoor Floral Sculpture Installations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sculptures-at-kew-gardens.md) - [Human Nature-Themed Art Galleries](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sea-im-awake.md) - [Nature-Inspired Installations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/humannature-1.md) - [Blooming Clustered Art Forms](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/structural-botany.md) - [Botanical Signal Exhibits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/plant-pulses.md) - [Paper-Made Mosaic Artwork](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/real-life-architecture-exhibition.md) - [Non-Human Multi-Media Exhibitions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/multimedia-exhibitions.md) - [Dark Abstracted Art Exhibitions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-minyades-exhibition.md) - [Sensorial Art Exhibitions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/impressions-of-monet.md)
