Last January, The [Queen Inn](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/queens-cygnature-martini) pub in South Wales went fully vegan for Veganuary and it was such a success that the traditional family pub decided to become permanently vegan and the world-first vegan steakhouse. 2023 marks the pub's second Veganuary and this month, its theme is World’s First Vegan Steakhouse.

Before making the plunge into an entirely plant-based menu, the establishment was known for its animal meat steaks. Now, it is gaining recognition for its animal-free steak dishes. On the innovative menu, diners are treated to items like 3D-printed steaks from Isreal's [Redefine](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fully-meatless-menu) Meat, as well as the meaty Juicy Marbles filet mignon. Additionally, the vegan steakhouse will be among the first to serve Redefine’s Tenderloin and Striploin.

For those who want a taste of it all, there's the Land and [Sea](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hydrate-by-celtic-sea-salt-sticks) sharing platter, complete with everything from vegan salmon steak and shrimp skewers to fish fillets.
