The Varatojo House by Lisbon-based design studio [Atelier Data](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/praia-grande) embraces simplistic design ideals. Sitting atop a hill, this [angular abode overlooks the city](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/concrete-house-1) of Torres Vedras, Portugal.

The polygonal home gained its shape from its irregular plot that served as a blueprint for its exterior shell. When designing the structure, Lisbon's Atelier Data "opted for the construction of a limit, a kind of line that gradually takes shape and thickness to accommodate the housing program."

The Varatojo House is made up of three storeys and features common areas that include a kitchen, living room and dining room on its ground level that also includes an outdoor pool.

Moreover, the home's other storeys house guest and children's rooms, a play/study area and master bedrooms with a large balcony addition.
