Starting at just $99, the Utilite is an [ARM-based computer](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/thinkcentre-neo-50q) that can be fitted with an A9 Cortex processor with a single, double or quad core to give the maximum amount of power required. A 512GB solid-state drive and 4GB of RAM means that the Utilite is ready to roll, but that's not all; the exterior features all the ports a modern user will need including four USB slots, one microUSB and a microSD card capable of supporting up to a 128GB card. Match that with Wifi and Bluetooth 3.0 capabilities and the Utilite will give standard desktops a run for their money. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.3/10 - Popularity: 51% | Activity: 71% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 90% men, 10% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Tech](https://www.trendhunter.com/tech) > [Computers](https://www.trendhunter.com/computers) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Micro Computers:** The Utilite computer is a powerful, full-featured PC that is compact and portable, presenting opportunities for greater mobility and convenience. - **Arm-based Computing:** The ARM-based processor and compact size of the Utilite offer a disruptive innovation opportunity in the field of embedded systems and the internet of things. - **Minimalist Computing:** The Utilite computer's small size and low power consumption offer opportunities for creating more energy-efficient and environmentally-friendly computer systems. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Computer Hardware:** The Utilite computer presents a disruptive innovation opportunity for computer hardware manufacturers seeking to create smaller, more efficient, and more powerful devices. - **Emerging Technologies:** The Utilite computer's ARM-based architecture and compact size make it a good fit for emerging technologies such as the internet of things, leading to disruptive innovation in this field. - **Consumer Electronics:** The Utilite computer's small size and low power consumption make it an ideal candidate for innovative, portable consumer electronics such as smart home devices and wearable technology. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Palm-Sized Desktop PCs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/morefine-m8s.md) - [Reliable Mini Pcs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dot-1-mini-pc.md) - [Affordable No-Frills Mini PCs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kamrui-ak1plus.md) - [Pocket-Sized Micro PCs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/zero-2-pro.md) - [Ultra-Thin Desktop PCs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lattepanda-mu.md) - [Low-Cost Mini PCs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/morefine-m9.md) - [Compact Cubic Desktop PCs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/euast-mini-pc.md) - [Value-Focused Compact PCs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/geekom-a6.md) - [Industrial-Grade Mini PCs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/4x4-box-7840.md)
