The furniture design is imagined with an aesthetically pleasing profile that includes a mostly [metallic body](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tenir-bench) that's slated to allow for water drainage and also breathability. The design utilizes the slated details along the armrests as a spot to hang shopping bags, purses or backpacks when seated to encourage one or more people to hang around for longer periods. The conceptual 'RİVO' urban bench design is imagined with an extending construction that can easily transition between a single seater and a loveseat profile. The ergonomic design of the bench accommodates seniors who continue to make up an increasing percentage of urbanites. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 6.1/10 - Popularity: 77% | Activity: 64% | Freshness: 42% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/furniture) ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Ergonomic Inclusive Urban Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/rivo.md) - [Accessible Urban Furniture Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/urban-furniture-concept.md) - [Modular Outdoor Space Benches](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mass-public-bench.md) - [Modular Bench Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/outsiders.md) - [Bike-Friendly Outdoor Benches](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pinajarro-bench.md) - [AI-Powered Cityscape Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/smart-urban-furniture.md) - [Elegantly Airy Outdoor Benches](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/arch-bench.md) - [Adaptive Public Seating](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/adp-bench.md) - [Adaptable Outdoor Seat Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/monom-seater-concept.md)
