The Grassland Dairy Clarified Unsalted Butter is a new clarified butter option from the brand that is purported to be 99.9% pure milkfat to provide a rich, satisfying experience.

Clarified butter is butter that has had the water and the nonfat milk solids removed during the preparation process in order to make it a purer final product.

The butter is rBST-free (AKA hormone-free) and has a much higher smoke point than traditional butter, which makes it great for a number of different recipes. It's also ideal for those who have lactose intolerances as it is a much purer option than traditional butters.

The Grassland Dairy Clarified Unsalted Butter is capable of staying fresh for longer than traditional butters and has a shelf life of 365-days when refrigerated and 180-days when left at an ambient temperature.
