Although Rogue from '[X-Men](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/xmansion)' has always had my favorite mutant ability, it would be uber cool to heal like Wolverine, and we may be one step closer thanks to [University of Columbia](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/superhero-therapy) researchers. They have recently discovered how to regrow damaged bones with [artificial implants](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/medical-exoskeleton), according to Dvice.com.

Headed by Jeremy J. Mao, the University of Columbia researchers still have a long way to go before this procedure can be tested on humans, but the fact that is has been achieved even on this level is mind-boggling.
