Designed by Tibor Kalman, the crumpled blueprint paperweight measures 3-inches wide by 4-inches high and 4-inches deep. The paperweight is made from silk-screened vinyl and is hand-crumpled. Even though the blueprint paperweight looks like it would fly off your desk at the gentlest of breezes, it's actually wrapped around a steel weight. As its name suggests the paperweight looks like an actual blueprint that was discarded by someone unsatisfied with what they were designing. There are even lines and indecipherable symbols drawn about to help sell the illusion that this is indeed an actual blueprint. This is a unique paperweight that will add style, and a flair of genius to any desk. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 0.9/10 - Popularity: 7% | Activity: 12% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 70% men, 30% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Special](https://www.trendhunter.com/special) > [Holiday](https://www.trendhunter.com/holiday) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Unique Desk Accessories:** New and innovative designs for office decor and organization. - **Office Decor:** Innovative designs for office decor. - **Creative Paperweight Designs:** New and unique paperweight designs for home and office use. ### Who This Affects Most - **Office Supplies:** Developing and producing new office supplies that are fun and innovative. - **Design:** Creating new and unique designs for home and office decor. - **Gifts and Novelties:** Manufacturing and selling unique gifts and novelties for consumers and businesses. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Film Collaborative Paperweights](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/peach-paperweight.md) - [Solid Brass Workstation Toys](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kinetic-desk-toy.md) - [Off-Kilter Desktop Accessories](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/concept-pen-holder.md) - [Curvaceous Analog Designer Rulers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/rulerc-concept.md) - [Dumpster Pencil Holders](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dumpstuder-pencil-holders.md) - [Minimalist Gradient Glass Desks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/glass-desk.md) - [Futuristic Sculptural Desks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/arnardo-desk.md) - [Elegant Desktop Brainteaser Toys](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/craighill-tetra.md) - [Unusual Home Decor](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ceramic-brown-paper-bag-vase.md)
