Today, designers attempt to produce [minimalist aesthetics](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/1980s-beach-house) that effortlessly induce a stylish feel with contemporary qualities. TOB Architect, however, has a different vision for this [farmhouse](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/delfyd-farmhouse). The building is quite "practical and affordable." For the silhouette of the intentionally unfinished house, the founder of the architecture firm draws inspiration from the 18th century, more precisely "a neo-classical building designed by Scottish architect William Chambers." Divergent of popular modern approaches, the Killan Farmhouse boasts a pared-back and spacious interior that gives residents access to beautiful vistas. Given the unconventional approach to style, the building is sure to capture attention and maybe even delight with its undoubtedly [rustic character](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/casa-tobi).
