The new Cristalino Añejo offering begins with [100% Blue Weber agave](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/blended-blue-Tequila) cultivated in the mineral-dense volcanic soils of Jalisco's highlands, where the elevated terrain and unique microclimate contribute to the plant's distinctive sweetness. The spirit undergoes a minimum of twelve months of [maturation in American oak barrels](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/aged-agave-expression) before being subjected to an advanced filtration system that removes the characteristic amber hue of añejo tequila while preserving the intricate flavor profile developed during barrel aging. The resulting crystal-clear liquid maintains the complexity of a traditionally aged tequila. The cristalino filtration process offers a novel sensory experience, which may create intrigue for collectors and cocktail aficionados alike.
