The first of the new dishes is the Bacon Mac & Cheese Burger, which pairs two hand-smashed beef patties with thick-cut bacon, American cheese, creamy mac and cheese, pickled hot peppers, and Hatch chile aioli. Next up is the Bacon Patty Melt, which also features two hand-smashed beef patties and thick-cut bacon, as well as Swiss cheese, American cheese, grilled onions, and bacon aioli. Then there's the BLT Sandwich, which pairs thick-cut bacon with shredded iceberg lettuce, tomato, and bacon aioli.
