Designed by Chanyeop Jeong, the side table boasts a minimal design that features two surfaces: a lower one for storage and an elevated one for charging up to three devices wirelessly at once. A single power cord is discreetly fed out of one of the legs to hide the components and make it suitable for placement in the bedroom as a nightstand, the living room as a side table or anywhere else desired. The conceptual 'TWORAY' table is finished off with a modular accent that allows the wireless charger tray to be removed for charging anywhere thanks to a built-in battery pack. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.3/10 - Popularity: 37% | Activity: 23% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/furniture) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Modular Furniture:** The trend of modular furniture has opened up opportunities for multifunctional designs like the 'TWORAY' table. - **Wireless Charging Technology:** Wireless charging technology is disrupting traditional charging methods, creating new opportunities for innovation like the 'TWORAY' table. - **Minimalist Design:** Demand for minimalist design is on the rise, with opportunities for new innovations like the 'TWORAY' table that prioritize simplicity and functionality. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Furniture:** The furniture industry has an opportunity to embrace the trend of modular design and integrate wireless charging technology into its products, as demonstrated by the 'TWORAY' table. - **Electronics:** The electronics industry can explore new avenues of incorporating wireless charging technology into everyday objects, like furniture, to make consumers' lives easier, as demonstrated by the 'TWORAY' table. - **Home Decor:** Home decor industry has the potential to create innovative designs that strike a balance between elegant aesthetic and technical functionality, as demonstrated by the 'TWORAY' table. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Integrated Charging Hub Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/magpower-tables.md) - [Decorative Device Chargers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tricharge-wireless-charger-concept.md) - [Tech-Packed Bedroom Nightstands](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/smart-bedside-table.md) - [Intelligent Wireless Charging Devices](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/carousel-series.md) - [Multipurpose Entryway Illuminators](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wireless-charger-lamp.md) - [Space-Saving Technology Chargers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/magepan-magnetic-wireless-charger.md) - [Tech-Friendly Side Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nendo-twins-side-table.md) - [Bed-Like Technology Chargers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/foam-wireless-charger.md) - [Artistic Tech-Charging Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/combi-table-lamp.md)
