Recruitment videos and other materials can often be cheesy, but the Twitter 'Join the Flock' video is probably the cheesiest of all.
The amusing Twitter 'Join the Flock' parody video attempts to portray the company as a geeky yet super cool place to work in the most corny and awkwardly acted way possible. In the video, Twitter employees Ian Padgham and Jeremy Briggs approach CEO Dick Costolo with a recruitment film, in which Padgham plays the awkward and goofy host. The video kicks off with exclamation points -- "Dynamic Work Place!" and "Friends For Life!" -- and later, after the benefits of working at Twitter have been explained, Padgham exclaims, "Boy, I wish I didn't already work here so I could apply for a job!"
