The oven is equipped with the brand's spiral oven cooking technology that makes use of a two-zone spiral system to prepare recipes at a uniform temperature. The [electric oven](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ooni-volt-2) enables customers to shift away from gas and oil-powered heating systems for a more eco-friendly approach to food preparation. JBT Director of Value Stream and Global Product Line Stefan Paulsson spoke further on the new JBT TwinDrum Spiral Oven, saying, "Through the electric TwinDrum, we are offering a new way to heat. We come in contact with a lot of new food producers in the world wanting to cook and fry alternative proteins, but often, for these small-scale start-up producers, investing in a [thermal fluid system](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bevles-minitouch-combi-ovens) can be quite expensive.
