Portuguese firm OODA is partnering with Albanian company Artech to design a spectacular new TV station building for Albania's Klan TV, situated in the capital city of Tirana.

The 'Klan TV Headquarters' building is visually appealing due to the fact that its shape appears to be inspired by film reels. What's more, the building itself will feature a staggered design which will enable for the inclusion of terracing. The interior of the building will feature offices and studios situated around a circle and overlooking a massive atrium, with an open design favoring the inclusion of natural light and availability of views.

This spectacular TV station building will also come with eco-friendly features such as a rainwater collection system and solar panels, with its combination of aesthetic and technology features set to make it an architectural icon in the city of Tirana.
