These square coasters are made to look like the outfield of a diamond, as they embody a very grassy look. While the surface might look a bit unsteady, your drink will easily sink into the grass like shoes do when running on a field. Although these are definitely very [baseball-related](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/king-of-diamonds), they're also a great gift for an [avid golfer](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ultimate-game-day-kit). The green pasture will definitely make them anxious to get back out on the court! The turf base coasters come in a set of four and definitely stand out against regular glass ones and guests will make great conversation pieces. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 0.8/10 - Popularity: 13% | Activity: 2% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 90% men, 10% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Sports-themed Home Decor:** Opportunity to create unique coasters and other home decor items for sports fans. - **Novelty Drinkware:** Opportunity to create unique and quirky drinkware that sparks conversation and is photogenic. - **Green-themed Decor:** Opportunity to create decor that mimics gardens, grass and surroundings, creating a unique feel to the homes. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Sports Merchandise:** Create more home decor offerings for fans to put in their homes that shows support for their favourite teams. - **Giftware:** Opportunity to offer unique, novelty drinkware and decor that works as great gifts for sports fans. - **Interior Decor:** Opportunity to offer unique products to make homes more interesting and to create a themed atmosphere. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Turntable-Inspired Coaster Sets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/needledrop-coaster-set.md) - [Warm-Toned Marble Coasters](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lusine-coasters.md) - [Barbie-Inspired Coaster Sets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/barbieinspired-coaster-set.md) - [Baseball-Inspired Cocktails](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/baseball-inspired-cocktails.md) - [Playable Beer Coasters](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/budweiser-campaign.md) - [Baseball-Inspired High-End Loafers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/blackstock-weber3.md) - [LED-Equipped Nighttime Baseballs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lightup-baseball.md) - [Astrological Drinkware Accessories](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/zodiac-constellation-coasters.md) - [Smart Tabletop Coasters](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/smart-tabletop-coaster.md)
