The [TRUNK](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/carl-friedrik-trunk)(HOTEL) CAT STREET is a design be [MOUNT](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-audley) FUJI ARCHITECTS STUDIO and Jamo Associates. The former took on the architectural design and the interiors were curated by the latter. The two have described the space to be a 'Tokyo Design' approach by thoughtfully integrating traditional craftsmanship with a modern, minimalistic feel.

Each guest room is made with a singular expression then furnished with custom pieces and local art. The artwork selected was purposefully meant to honor the heritage and the future of Japanese design as a whole. It is important to note that no two rooms are the same so every visit garners a unique experience and stay. The amenities and materials were sourced from or inspired by Tokyo.
