# Rainbow-Sprinkled Critters Troy Emery Sculptures are Like Balloon Animals on Steroids By Armida Ascano | Published 2010-12-24 | Lifestyle Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/troy-emery References: [booooooom](http://www.booooooom.com/2010/12/23/sculptures-by-artist-troy-emery/) & [troyemery.blogspot](http://troyemery.blogspot.com/) These sculptures by Troy Emery are absolutely amazing. Similarly to rainbow-sprinkled doughnuts (drools), these awesome installations are a [technicolor dream](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/colorama). The pieces are child-like, made almost entirely of [pom-poms](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fibredog) for a sophisticated twist on arts and crafts. Troy Emery obviously thinks out of the box, which is the true mark of a talented artist. The series reminds me of [balloon animals](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/balloon-dog), except about a thousand times more impressive.
