Trim House preserves its core spatial concept while adapting its geometry, resulting in a compact form that cuts through the landscape and reorganizes circulation around a central courtyard. The house is structured vertically, with shared living spaces on the ground level and private rooms elevated above, connected by a spiral staircase. A raised volume introduces a patio that draws daylight into the interior and extends the living area into the surrounding garden. The firm notes, "This is an area characterized by loose, traditional development, with houses and summer cottages nestled among trees and expansive recreational grounds.
