Situated in a [chic industrial neighborhood](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/1960s-warehouse) in New York City, this Tribeca townhouse was given new life through the artistic direction of local practice Yun Architecture. The refurbished federal-style building boasts white walls and hardwood floors.

The most captivating elements within the interior design of the Tribeca townhouse are the varying design motifs— from a kitchen with confetti-style countertops and a cheerful yellow oven to living room's traditionally patterned wall rug and the [60s-inspired armchairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/art-curators-apartment).

The Tribeca townhouse is now the dwelling of an artist couple who commissioned Yun Architects to renovate their new home. Although the building and the interior were quite run-down, the firm did its best in preserving the historic value within the design of the original building.
