This unique method of indoor planting presents home owners with the ability to grow their plants in ornamental shapes. Using an arbor-sculpting technique, users can easily alter a plants growth pattern to feature an exciting new shape. After placing the circular mold into the planted pot, users are asked to water and care for the plant as they normally would. Eventually, the roots will fill the mold and harden, resulting in a unique visual experience. This charming device helps one connect with nature in a manner that's both pleasing and simplified. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.6/10 - Popularity: 42% | Activity: 27% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen X - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Eco](https://www.trendhunter.com/eco) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Indoor Arbor-sculpting:** Opportunity for businesses to develop innovative indoor gardening kits that allow users to shape their plants into ornamental designs. - **Greenery as Art:** Businesses can capitalize on the trend of using plants as artistic elements in interior design, offering products and services that help customers create visually stunning plant sculptures. - **Nature-inspired Home Decor:** Opportunity for businesses to create home decor items that incorporate natural elements, like arbor-sculpted plants, to bring the beauty of nature indoors. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Home Decor:** Opportunity for the home decor industry to create and market products that integrate nature-inspired art, such as arbor-sculpted plants, into home interiors. - **Gardening and Plant Care:** Opportunity for businesses in the gardening and plant care industry to develop and sell arbor-sculpting kits and services to help customers grow plants in unique shapes. - **Art and Design:** Opportunity for the art and design industry to explore the use of plants as a medium for creating artistic and sculptural pieces, expanding the boundaries of traditional art forms. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Living Storage Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/treevive.md) - [Uniquely Shaped Self-Watering Pots](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/self-watering-plant-house.md) - [Smart Self-Watering Planters](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tendril-1.md) - [Biodegradable Growing Kits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sow-co-bonsai-tree.md) - [Futuristic Self-Watering Planters](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-klaustrafloria.md) - [Artsy Hanging Plants](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wooden-air-plant-mobile.md) - [Trellis-Equipped Indoor Planters](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/blume-planter.md) - [Furniture-Inspired Indoor Gardens](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/indoor-garden-system.md) - [Modular Automated Indoor Planters](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/totam-planter.md)
