Designed by OLA architecture studio and other architects, these woven pods are part of a new tree house exhibition that is meant to create a more immersive zoo experience.

The exhibit allows zoo-goers to interact with the lemurs they are there to see and can be entered through a [woven tunnel](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wire-mesh). Unlike the normal glass and metal cages that are seen at most zoos, these pods give the exhibit a rain forest look that provides a more authentic zoo experience.

Most importantly, the wooden woven pods are made up of [recycled wood](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/carbon-garden-pavilion) and are therefore sustainable. The minimal environmental impact that this tree house exhibition may also engage public interest in the subject of environmentally-friendly design, which can further produce and encourage sustainable practices.
