The increasingly hectic schedule of many consumers is making it only more difficult for them to schedule get-togethers or travel with friends and family, so the 'TravelBirds' app has been positioned as a solution to this conundrum. The app works by taking a person's schedule into account and comparing it against others to find the right time for them to plan a trip. Participants can also set parameters that they want to be taken into account: this could include the need for [kid-friendly excursions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/jam-family-calendar), an [adventurous itinerary](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/roamazing) or perhaps the preference for late nights at bars.

The 'TravelBirds' app is also focused on budget to let potential participants know right off the bat if they can afford to partake or not.
