This [electric kettle](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tea-kettle-collective) features an elegant glass construction that sits on top of a stainless steel base. While the cordless kettle is heating up your water, a soft blue light shines through the liquid for a pleasing back-lit effect. This unique transparent kettle is also safe and efficient as well. The kettle is capable of boiling water quicker than a microwave and looks great while doing it. The appliance won't boil dry like a traditional stovetop kettle thanks to an [automatic safety feature](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/gourmia-panorama-digital-air-fryer) that will shut off the device when it runs out of water. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.5/10 - Popularity: 38% | Activity: 28% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 30% men, 70% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Transparent Appliances:** The trend of transparent appliances creates opportunities for innovative designs that blend functionality with aesthetic appeal. - **Kitchen Decor as Function:** The trend of using kitchen decor items as functional appliances presents opportunities for creating attractive and multi-purpose products. - **Efficiency and Safety Enhancements:** The trend of enhancing efficiency and safety features in kitchen appliances opens doors to disruptive innovation in improving user experience and convenience. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Home Appliances:** The home appliance industry can explore transparent designs and incorporate aesthetics into the functionality of various kitchen products. - **Interior Design:** The interior design industry can capitalize on transparent appliances to create cohesive and visually appealing kitchen spaces. - **Kitchenware Manufacturing:** Manufacturers of kitchenware can focus on developing efficient and safe products with enhanced features to meet the demands of modern consumers. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Tranquil Calming Kettle Appliances](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/calm-kettle.md) - [Stacked Tea Kettle Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/stacked-tea-kettle.md) - [Exclusive Modern Electric Kettles](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/modern-electric-kettle.md) - [Slick Electric Kettle Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/electric-kettle-designs.md) - [Adjustable Temperature Kettles](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/o-kettle.md) - [Slick Tech-Advanced Minimalist Kettles](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/luna-electric-kettle.md) - [Timeless Teakettle Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/timeless-teakettle.md) - [Tea Vessel-Inspired Kettles](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/moonkettle.md) - [Tumbler-Inspired Kettles](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/electric-travel-kettle.md)
