Designed as a proposal by Damien Loreaux, the train features a modern design that fits well with the artistic city thanks to a series of artistic accents on the exterior. However, the interior is where the true artistic nature breaks free in the form of vibrant colors and chromatic imagery. The Barcelona Tramway train identifies how modern cities will continue to adopt new methods of design in order to help make public spaces more inviting. As public transportation becomes a more prominent way for people of all walks of life to get around, this design identifies how the solutions can be made to be cozy and fresh for all to enjoy. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.0/10 - Popularity: 68% | Activity: 45% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Autos](https://www.trendhunter.com/autos) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Artistic Transportation Design:** Designing public transportation with artistic accents creates visually appealing and inviting spaces for commuters. - **Vibrant Interiors in Public Spaces:** Using vibrant colors and chromatic imagery in interiors of public transportation enhances the overall experience for commuters. - **Innovative Design in Urban Mobility:** Adopting new design methods in urban transportation can make public spaces more attractive and enjoyable for everyone. ### Who This Affects Most - **Transportation:** Incorporating artistic elements in public transportation can differentiate services and attract more commuters. - **Interior Design:** The use of vibrant colors and chromatic imagery in public spaces opens up new opportunities for interior designers to create visually captivating environments. - **Urban Planning:** Implementing innovative designs in urban transportation improves overall city aesthetics and fosters community engagement. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Panoramic Open-Air Roof Trains](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/electric-train.md) - [River-Inspired Train Interiors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tgv-inoui.md) - [Accessible Train Interior Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/proteus-rail-interior-system.md) - [Innovative Electric Trams](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/electric-tram.md) - [Multifunctional Transport Buses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bubblic-public.md) - [Harmonious Cityscape Monorails](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hk-monorail-concept.md) - [Accessible Train Interiors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/priestmangoode-created.md) - [Subway-Inspired Colorful Highlighters](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wonjun-jo.md) - [Inflated Vibrant Futuristic Buses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mutated-school-bus.md)
