A delicious twist on a classic dessert, the new Pumpkin Sticky Toffee Cakes are a sweet way to end a meal. The new dessert starts with [mini Bundt cakes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tastes-of-autumn-collection) flavored with pumpkin, dates, and brown sugar. These cakes have a soft and moist texture on the inside that contrasts perfectly with the spectacularly [sticky caramel sauce](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/caramel-toffee-butter-cake) on the outside. The sauce also contains autumnal notes of pumpkin, cinnamon, and clove throughout for that extra fall-friendly flavor. As Trader Joe's aptly sums it up, "everything about this dessert conjures coziness."
