The doll box design adopts a retro-style, a simple shape and does away with plastic. The toy doll on the inside of the box is protected with [folding panels](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ori-lamp) that also serve as a playset when removed from the box. Once all of the contends of the box have been removed, the perforated surface of the box can be transformed into a lampshade. With her design, Mckeon estimates that 78% of the package is used effectively.
