Instead of manually covering your car, the Touchless Car Cover can be left set up like a tent, allowing you to drive right into it. The Touchless Car Cover’s UV and water-resistant material protects your paint from elemental damage; since no part of the cover touches your paint, there isn’t any opportunity for any elastic parts to grind dirt and moisture into your careful detail job. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.6/10 - Popularity: 21% | Activity: 50% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Autos](https://www.trendhunter.com/autos) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Touchless Car Covers:** Opportunity for touchless car cover systems that protect vehicles from dust and scratches without the need for manual covering. - **UV and Water-resistant Materials:** Opportunity for the development and application of UV and water-resistant materials in various industries for protection against elemental damage. - **Convenient Car Protection Solutions:** Opportunity for innovative solutions like tent-like car covers that provide convenient and hassle-free protection for vehicles. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Automotive:** Disruptive innovation opportunity for the automotive industry to integrate touchless car cover systems as an added convenience and protection for vehicles. - **Textile:** Opportunity for the textile industry to develop and manufacture UV and water-resistant materials to be used in various applications, including car covers. - **Detailing and Paint Protection:** Opportunity for the detailing and paint protection industry to incorporate touchless car covers as a service to provide enhanced protection for their customers' vehicles. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Thermoregulating Car Cloaks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/car-cloak.md) - [Car Roof Luggage Holder](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/car-storage.md) - [Protective Windshield Covers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/frostguard.md) - [Oversized Car-Drying Towels](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/oversized-long-reach-microfiber-towel.md) - [Deployable Vehicle Seat Covers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/car-seat-protectors.md) - [Cubic Car Camper Tents](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/carsule-portable-popup-tent.md) - [Eco-Conscious Car Lines](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/motorglaze.md) - [Platform-Supported Car Tents](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/vehiclemounted-tent.md) - [Water-Free Car Wash Kits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/car-wash-kit.md)
