Toppers Pizza's new vegan menu was curated by Melanie Manuel, who is a vegan chef and the owner of the all-vegan [Milwaukee](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/juicy-life) restaurant 'Celesta.' The new vegan-friendly menu at Toppers will introduce four fresh new toppings, which include a dairy-free mozzarella, a plant-based crispy chicken, a dairy-free ranch, and vegan-friendly Korean BBQ sauce. These new ingredients will be featured in three new, all-vegan pizzas: the Vegan Korean BBQ Chicken-less Topper made with Korean BBQ sauce, the Vegan Buffalo Chicken-less Topper made plant-based crispy chicken, and the Vegan Tuscano Topper made with dairy-free mozzarella cheese.
