The 700ml bottling contains a 46% ABV and was aged in [Portuguese Moscatel wine barriques](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/port-charlotte-syc01). The new expression delivers a rich flavor profile consisting of sun-dried fruits, orange marmalade, dark chocolate, and fresh ginger while boasting a long and waxy finish. The whiskey will join Tomatin's other travel retail offerings which include eight-year-old, 12-year-old, 21-year-old, and 40-year-old bottlings. “We are constantly striving to push the boundaries within our portfolio and our global travel retail range is no exception.
