Squeezing paint through your fingers is definitely a liberating experience. Getting it on your face is another story. Tomasz Pawluk brings me back to my fence painting days. You always tried to avoid getting [paint on you](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/glasst), but once you did, it became open season. Eventually I'd be covered in paint, just like the gent featured here. Never got it in the face though. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 0.8/10 - Popularity: 5% | Activity: 12% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 30% men, 70% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Modern](https://www.trendhunter.com/modern) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Messy Art:** Exploring and embracing the messy side of art can open up new creative possibilities and experiences. - **Sensory Experiences:** Engaging multiple senses in artistic activities can create unique and immersive experiences for both artists and viewers. - **Unconventional Materials:** Experimenting with unconventional materials in art, such as paint, can lead to innovative and unexpected results. ### Who This Affects Most - **Art and Design:** Incorporating messy and sensory elements into art can attract a new audience and inspire unconventional creations. - **Entertainment:** Creating interactive and immersive art experiences can offer new entertainment possibilities for events, exhibitions, and installations. - **Education:** Integrating messy and sensory art activities into education can enhance creativity, engagement, and experiential learning. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Glass Beaded Intricate Artworks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/painting-exhibition.md) - [High-Frequency Paints](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/yolo-paint.md) - [Leftover Househouse Paint Artwork](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/paint-drop.md) - [Bubblegum Street Art Buildings](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hubbabubbabuilding.md) - [Apocalypse Post Pandemic Art](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/contemporary-urban-art.md) - [Reimagined Puzzled Artful Paintings](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/portrait-of-a-woman-in-a-hat.md) - [Evolved Vibrant Graffiti Art](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/jan-kalb.md) - [Stylized Portrait Generators](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/face-to-all.md) - [Customizable Kids Wall Art](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/doodleface.md)
