[Casey's](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/caseys-breakfast-menu) recently relaunched its breakfast menu with the Toastwich as the star offering. The Toastwich is described as "unique handheld system" that's "like a sizzling breakfast pocket or a breakfast calzone.” In other words, the dish consists of bacon, scrambled eggs, and gooey cheddar cheese all wrapped up in the brand's made-from-scratch dough. The result is an ultra-portable and wholly unique breakfast offering. While pizza slices have always generated a large portion of Casey's sales, the Toastwih proves there's room for a [savory breakfast offering](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/homestyle-breakfast-burritos) that sticks close to what the brand is known and loved for.
