The small home is first characterized by its chromatic windows that give it a touch of playfulness at first glance. The home is covered throughout the interior as well as the exterior with wood and features two sleeping areas in the loft area. A netted play area that is positioned above the main living space acts as a spot for the child to play, while also being the way to access their bedroom to incorporate a touch of wonder into the home. The Baluchon 'Planedennig' tiny home on wheels features a full bathroom complete with a hip bath tub to allow for relaxation on demand. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 6.8/10 - Popularity: 98% | Activity: 96% | Freshness: 11% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Home](https://www.trendhunter.com/home) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Tiny Home Design:** Opportunity to innovate in the tiny home industry with creatively designed and compact living spaces. - **Chromatic Accents:** Incorporating color and playful accents in home design is a trend that can be applied across other industries. - **Multi-purpose Living Spaces:** There is a growing interest in creating flexible living spaces to make the most out of compact homes, opening up opportunities to innovate in this area. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Tiny Home Industry:** Designing custom-built, compact homes that incorporate playful design elements and multi-purpose living spaces. - **Interior Design Industry:** Utilizing chromatic accents in home design to create playful and unique living spaces. - **Furniture Industry:** Developing multi-functional furniture and space-saving solutions for compact living spaces, including tiny homes and apartments. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Charming Traditional Tiny Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/la-maison-du-bonheur.md) - [Space-Conscious Compact Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/midgard-tiny-home.md) - [Compact Comfortable Airy Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/yggdrasil-tiny-house.md) - [Free-Flowing Bright Compact Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bois-perdus.md) - [Cedar Finished Portable Houses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/chicore.md) - [Double-Axle Trailer TIny Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/eucalyptus.md) - [Light Filled Tiny Houses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/into-the-woods-1.md) - [Ethereal Feminine Tiny Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/botanical-hut-tiny-house.md) - [Bohemian Mobile Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tiny-birdy.md)
