With savvy DIY skills, the designer attached a clock mechanism and hands onto one side of the rubber boot to create a fashionable time-telling piece. The boot is small enough to show off on a table, acting as an adorable desk clock. What is great about the Tiny Green Boot Clock is that it's waterproof! ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.2/10 - Popularity: 25% | Activity: 34% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 30% men, 70% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [DIY](https://www.trendhunter.com/diy) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **DIY Decor Clocks:** Creative DIY decor clocks using unconventional materials to display time. - **Upcycling Home Decor:** Using items in uncommon ways to give them a new purpose in home decor. - **Waterproof Decor:** Creating functional home decor items that can withstand water exposure. ### Who This Affects Most - **Craft and DIY:** Providing innovative DIY decor ideas and materials for crafters. - **Home Decor:** Creating unique and functional home decor pieces that are both fashionable and practical. - **Thrift Stores and Resale Shops:** Capitalizing on the trend of upcycling and repurposing items found at thrift stores and consignment shops. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Concentric Timezone Wall Clocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/analog-wall-clock.md) - [Unique Timekeeping Devices](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/unique-timekeeping-device.md) - [Snowglobe-Inspired Dynamic Clocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/time-to-snow.md) - [Desktop Display Gadgets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/minitoo-retro-pc-style.md) - [Luxury Intricately Detailed Boots](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/field-fm.md) - [Shooting Target Wall Clocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/clockwerk-target-clocks.md) - [Printed Fortune Clocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/houracle.md) - [Minimal Dynamic Desk Clocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wooden-desk-clock.md) - [Mechanical Digital Mesmerizing Clocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/triaxial-numechron-clock.md)
