Together, the Italian manufacturer and developer create [53 villas in Behanavís](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/marbella-residential-complex), which is in Spain near Marbella. This is the first housing development in Europe by the automobile brand and the property's design is a direct reference to its own [hypercars](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fenomeno). The homes have two stories including "four bedrooms (‘Esmeralda’), five bedrooms (‘Zafiro’), and six bedrooms (‘Diamante’)" as each will be "carefully constructed at different levels on the hills to ensure every villa enjoys endless panoramas of the Mediterranean Sea," explained by Dar Global.
