When spring finally greets the world with its warm whether and green foliage, people might want to celebrate with a slice of tie-dyed cheesecake. That is, if a person is passing through Summerville, South Carolina, and has a minute to stop by the Mellow Mushroom, a pizzeria first launched in Atlanta, Georgia.
Discovered by redditor shorty12075, the tie-dyed cheesecake boasts a riot of vibrant kaleidoscopic colors that could easily have been found on a t-shirt at one point in the '70s. Yet a person doesn't have to be a hippie to appreciate the playfulness of the tie-dyed cheesecake. According to a comment from Brent926, a similar dessert can be found at Disney World's Pop Century Resort, which makes it more common than first believed.
