A classic skate shoe gets a makeover by the owner of SBTG Mark Ong to produce the Thrasher Buchanan Dog SBTG footwear.

This collection is a [three-way collaboration](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/oakley-factory-team-x-brain-dead) between clothing designer Mark Ong, Japanese retailer [Kicks Lab](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kicks-lab-x-mizuno) and Thrasher magazine from San Francisco. The result is a dressier [canvas shoe](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/buck-mason-and-moonstar) that includes a shrouded flap with white or black stitched crossbones, depending on what color shoe you get. The heavy duty sneakers include the Thrasher logo on the tongue and back of the heel and SBTG script on the back panel.

The thicker bottom sole makes the Thrasher Buchanan Dog SBTG footwear an ideal choice for practicing grinds and kick flips during the damp fall season.
