For the summer, sweetFrog is supporting the 50th anniversary of The Very Hungry Caterpillar with a [special themed frozen dessert](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/yogurtland-and-back-to-the-future)—the Very Berry [Apple](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-apple-series) Swirl. The two-colored frozen treat that is being launched in partnership with [Penguin](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/edible-paper-ice-cream) Young Readers features a combination of Farm Stand Strawberry Ice Cream and Green Apple Sorbet. As well as offering a look that mimics the green and red colors of the picture book caterpillar, the summertime swirl offers a fusion of sweet and tart flavors that tie in with the two fruits that are meaningful to the classic story.

For a limited time, the Very Berry Apple Swirl treat is being offered at sweetFrog locations, offering a nostalgic snack that kids and adults of all ages and generations will enjoy.
