The building was made to stand out among the surrounding buildings, on a narrow and flat site. The twelve grid frames made from engineered wood take up the entire structure and interior, creating a loft-like aesthetic with all ducts and beams exposed, mimicking a classic cabin. By mixing a modern interior with a [classic exterior](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/norton-folgate-offices), the design team created an [inspiring place for employees to work](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kinzo-architekten) comfortably in. The glazed wood on the facade resembles a showcase, creating a point of immediate attention from the street. The new Wooden Office by AB CHVOYA is a unique type of architecture in a cookie-cutter neighborhood. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.5/10 - Popularity: 61% | Activity: 36% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Mixing Classic and Modern Style:** There is a trend of combining classic and modern elements in architectural designs, creating unique and inspiring spaces for businesses. - **Exposed Ducts and Beams:** The use of exposed ducts and beams in office spaces is a growing trend, creating a loft-like aesthetic and adding an industrial touch. - **Glazed Wood Facades:** The use of glazed wood facades is a trend that draws immediate attention and creates a standout feature for buildings, making them visually appealing. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Architecture and Design:** The architecture and design industry can explore the trend of mixing classic and modern elements to create unique office spaces that inspire creativity and comfort. - **Construction and Real Estate:** The construction and real estate industry can embrace the trend of exposed ducts and beams in office spaces to create industrial-inspired environments that attract businesses. - **Building Materials:** The building materials industry can tap into the trend of glazed wood facades, offering innovative products and solutions that enhance visual appeal and stand out in the market. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Wooden Site Home OFfices](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/moss-rock.md) - [Valley-Inspired Offices](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kitaoka-group-office.md) - [Woodland-Inspired Timber Office Spaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pavilion-jardins.md) - [Vacant Wood-Clad Offices](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ichihara-life-and-work-commission-office.md) - [Urban Natural Expansive Buildings](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/office-national-des-forts.md) - [Modular Wooden Shed Offices](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/schtauss.md) - [Green-Timber Glad Office Spaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lumber-4.md) - [Charred Timber-Clad Office Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hi-adventures.md) - [Modern Deco Office Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/newgen.md)
