A special collaboration is born in the form of The Wedge(wood) project between Best Practice Architecture and Ainslie-Davis. The two have taken on a renovation project of a home first built in the 70s. It is revived to cater to the needs of modern living. The family-owned contracting studio creates a close and sentimental connection to the property.

The house is originally created by the late uncle of Ainslie Davis team. The project is affectionately named and embraces a calm balance of transformation and preservation all at once. The redesign starts from the heart of the home, which is the kitchen. It was previously outdated and closed so the space opens up to form a close connection to the dining area.,
