Being a major fan of [pseudo-photorealistic paintings](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/drawing-series) and cerebral films, I just couldn't help but be awe-stricken by these The Social Network Illustrations.

Drawn by the famously talented Martin Ansin, these award-worthy paintings feature the cast of the recent [Facebook](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/facebook-debuts-at-stagecoach) film juxtaposed by their real-life counterparts. It's actually remarkable how much Jesse Eisenberg resembles the real-life Mark Zuckerberg, but I'm even more impressed by Ansin's ability to capture each respective person's likeness so well and in his distinct [cell-shaded style](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/soccerthemed-illustrations). Also featured in the masterful painting is the Oscar-winning film's director David Fincher and Academy Award-winning writer Aaron Sorkin.

Other pictures in this The Social Network Illustrations collection include Mark Zuckerberg's face overlaid onto a college party scene, as well as one illustrating a pivotal scene in the movie's plot when Eduardo Saverin smashes Zuckerberg's laptop.
