'The Ninth Wave' by artist Cai Guo-Qiang sees [stuffed animals floating down a river](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nesting-plan-vi-call-duck) towards Shanghai. The entire installation appears to draw inspiration from Noah's Arc, and is quite life-like when viewed from far away.

The installation is meant to draw awareness to environmental concerns that are facing the earth these days. With pollution at an all-time high in China, anything that can be done to educate people on the harmful effects of the many factories in the country is a good move. If the country keeps going at its current rate, the chances of health problems will rise significantly, giving way to a whole new set of problems. This installation by Cai Guo-Qiang is much-needed.
