The Mentalists are a London girl group who have covered one of my favorite songs from last winter, "Kids" by MGMT, using their [iPhones](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kidsafe-music) and iPods running apps they downloaded from the [iPhone](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ipod-wallpapers) app store.

If you're unfamiliar with MGMT's "Kids," I've included it below. The Mentalists' http://www.trendhunter.com/submit-newcover is pretty solid. The ladies used DigiDrummer Lite, miniSynth, Retro Synth, and Ocarina for their cover. Again, I'm biased because I already like the song, but compare The Mentalists' version above to the original MGMT track below and tell me what you think in the comments!
