From a distance, the Lily Lamp may look like a simple circular lamp, but up-close you’ll see a beautifully crafted [geometric pattern](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/delicate-lighting). The inspiration behind the lamp came from the Victoria water lily in Oslo’s Botanical Gardens. The [floral pattern](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pivoine) reflects the leaves while the lamp mimics the color seen on a lily’s first bloom. The Lily Lamp is a well-thought out design made with elegance. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.9/10 - Popularity: 34% | Activity: 16% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Botanical-inspired Lights:** Opportunity to create innovative lighting designs inspired by nature's patterns and colors. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Lighting Design:** Opportunity to incorporate biophilic design principles in lighting fixtures. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Posh Paper Craft-Inspired Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/japandi-lamp.md) - [Aroma Diffuser Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-lotus-lamp.md) - [Petal-Inspired Glass Lighting](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bloom-wall-light.md) - [Miniature Portable Ambiant Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/blossi.md) - [Plant-Inspired Dynamic Chandeliers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/blossom-chandelier.md) - [Blooming Light Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bloome.md) - [Plant-Inspired Table Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/palmetto-lamp.md) - [Spiky Palm Tree-Inspired Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ceramic-blossom.md) - [Origami-Inspired Vase Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/gingko-smart-vase-light.md)
