This wall-mounted desk features a storage space for your laptop or other work items that retracts into the desk. No more cluttered desktops. The ledge on ‘The Ledge’ pulls out, letting you work without messing up your desk. This desk would be great for small offices or people who work from home. Check out ‘The Ledge’ from Urbancase in the gallery above. Desks, your days are numbered. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 6.3/10 - Popularity: 81% | Activity: 99% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 70% men, 30% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/furniture) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Wall-mounted Workspaces:** Disruptive opportunity to innovate ergonomic, compact and space-saving workstations ideal for small homes and offices. - **Laptop Storage Solutions:** Disruptive opportunity to innovate safe and innovative storage solutions for portable electronics that blend with interior design. - **Minimalist Office Products:** Disruptive opportunity to innovate streamlined and multi-functional desks, shelves and other office products that help boost productivity in small spaces. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Home Furniture:** Disruptive opportunities for furniture manufacturers to create space-saving, customizable, and aesthetically sophisticated home office solutions. - **Interior Design:** Disruptive opportunities for interior designers to craft functional and visually appealing workspaces that cater to the needs of modern urban dwellers. - **E-commerce:** Disruptive opportunities for e-commerce platforms to offer affordable, high-quality, and easy-to-assemble office furniture and accessories for remote workers and students. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Leaning Portable Workstation Desks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/leandesk.md) - [All-in-One Laptop Workstations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/logitech-casa-popup-desk.md) - [Space-Saving Foldable Desks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/foldable-desk1.md) - [Ultra-Chic Wall Desks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wall-desks.md) - [Multifunctional WFH Lap Desks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/arlo-skye-lap-desk.md) - [Fold-Away Sleek Workstations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/flip-desk.md) - [Elegant Working Desk Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mindset-builtin-computer-desk.md) - [Laptop-Stowing Portable Desks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lapcase.md) - [Pocket Storage-Equipped Workstations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pocket-desk.md)
